The Fremantle Foundation, our hosts for #CFFORUM 2015, which launched in early 2011, is an independent, not-for-profit community foundation whose central role is to provide philanthropic advice and administration to individuals, families and businesses who are interested in giving effectively in their community. As an emerging community foundation we aim to improve social outcomes by connection local people to local issues

The Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation is an innovative and contemporary community foundation. The Foundation promotes community philanthropy by being relevant and brave to inspire philanthropy and drive positive social change
The Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (FRRR) harnesses the power of collective investment between government, business and philanthropy to improve the lives of those living in rural, regional and remote Australia.
FRRR works with communities to build their social capital and economic resilience, by engaging and providing resources for projects that create the change that communities aspire to achieve.
The Mirboo North & District Community Foundation works across an area encompassing the townships of Boolarra, Darlimurla, Dumbalk, Mirboo North, Thorpdale and Yinnar to obtain and share resources – money, time and talent – to support local initiatives. In addition to providing grants to organisations and community groups for local projects that build capacity and pride within the community, the Foundation is an enabler; facilitating and collaborating with others organisations, bringing its capacity as a locally embedded flexible organisation. The Foundation is committed to raising awareness of community foundations and contributing to the collective voice of community philanthropy in Australia.
Established in 1985, Hewison Private Wealth is one of Australia’s largest truly independent financial advisory firms. HPW has won ‘Boutique Firm of the Year’ at the annual IFA Awards 2014 which celebrates best practice in the provision of financial advice and business acumen of Australia’s independent financial advice sector. The firm works with a range of private and non-profit organisations including community foundations.
