The Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (FRRR) harnesses the power of collective investment between government, business and philanthropy to improve the lives of those living in rural, regional and remote Australia.

FRRR works with communities to build their social capital and economic resilience, by engaging and providing resources for projects that create the change that communities aspire to achieve.

The Mirboo North & District Community Foundation works across an area encompassing the townships of Boolarra, Darlimurla, Dumbalk, Mirboo North, Thorpdale and Yinnar to obtain and share resources – money, time and talent – to support local initiatives.  In addition to providing grants to organisations and community groups for local projects that build capacity and pride within the community, the Foundation is an enabler; facilitating and collaborating with others organisations, bringing its capacity as a locally embedded flexible organisation.  The Foundation is committed to raising awareness of community foundations and contributing to the collective voice of community philanthropy in Australia.
